wow, im impressed with your progression after only 3 months.  i think your rolls are fine, the one that went straight over your spine looked intentional, was in a safe area, and you obviously weren't hurt by it.  i have a friend that lives in fairfax and i told him to contact you.  if i get enough money, ill have to try to make it up there and id love to jam with you.  keep up the training, you have tons of potential.

when i did the straight roll, i landed on a slope and wasn't used to to landing like that. and i have only been doing it for 3 months well, about 3 and 3 weeks now. i am a very fast learner, i got the triple kong on my first try. i first learned about parkour in about halfway through december when i was on youtube. and thats when i started.

if you dont believe me, this is my 2.5 week vid i made like 2.5 months ago to show my dad what i was doing when i told him about parkour to see if he would get the k-swiss ariakes for me. im not here to live a lie about how long i have been doing something, there is no point. for a 1 year video i would think its pretty cool.

I miss the Virginia Tech gym. Great places to plan on all the fun gymnastics equipment.

Nice video. You're a natural. It's all about having fun. Radford looks like a has a few good stops to freerun. I remember when Gymnasty made a video there. They hit up a lot of the same spots you did.

His skills are very impressive, but it is believable. Here is my compilation of 2 moths training. I laugh at it now and I think it was really silly but some people do learn fast.

Specially with a martial arts background. Again though, although the body may be strong joints are usually not ready for the impact and stress PK put in our bodies, so make sure to keep on conditioning.

I definitely wish I had your spots though. I havent find such great spots like that here yet.

Yea Im on Gymnasty with Bryant and Leon. its a fun time. ive seen all of your vids and your awesome dude. kudos to you for starting Gymnasty. i love it b/c im at radford but i got a home away from home 20 minutes from home. lol.

P.S. --if your ever in town let bryant or leon know so we can have an awesome jam cuz im sure you know all the best spots. also you think you could get that crazy victor lopez on a trip with you. i keep picturing him doing a screwdriver off this ledge with 8-9ft drop near war memorial. lol.

Thanks man but thats an oldie.. I really think it is very goofy..  thanks though.
But anyway I am not trying to high jack the thread I just wanted to point out that his abilities are believable to be 3 moths or so. As you can see he is very good but also you can noticed some stuff that need some minor work here and there. I bet he trains a lot which will always help as well as training with skill traceurs of course.
