First off, Welcome! And like i normally do, I would suggest registering over at www.missouriparkour.com and taking a look around.
I always face north, therefore I have no guides other than my body and mind. By always facing north I am always moving forward and up, regardless of the obstacle in my path.

lol thanks and yeah, I am actually going to implement an entirely new site soon where Springfield is done ;] and there's a whole new section for Northern Missouri. So it's perfect lol. It's almost done, just a couple hours of work and it will be done.

Hey everyone,
I'm Justin and I am in St. Joseph, its about an hour north of Kansas City. There arent that many great spots here, but i am working on finding more and making more as I go along. I am really looking for someone to train with so if anyone is in the area and interested let me know.

Hey,
My names Patrick I live in Salem Mo. It's 20 mins from Rolla and 2 and a half hours from St.Louis. I've been training on and off for two or three years. I practice martial arts and I have for four years but this winter destroyed my schedule. I hope to get serious again as soon as it's not so wet, snowy, and muddy. I would love to come to a jam in Stl or in Springfield. I'm not very good I can do the basics but nothing fancy. I'm very willing to learn though.

So
Name: Patrick
Where: Salem

I'm guessing nobody trains around here, besides St. Louis?

You may want to check out Springfield =/ I think it might be the closest.

I go there once or twice a year but it's a good 4+ hours away. St. Louis is actually just over an hour away and I can get there more often, but not on a regular basis
