i didn't even realize some of the glitches in my stride and i asked my buddy that does track to help me with it (he's very knowledgeable about this subject, apparently his coach perfected his stride) i also like the pictures very informative.
and to the above question about walking barefoot it absolutely does increase arch strength. humans wherent born with shoes and we weaken our arches over times with shoes that are comfy but not necessarily perfect for our feet
