Teach a noobie?

Ok I live in the tampa area and am looking for someone to help me,I'm a bit out of shape,just a warning...if anyone would teach me,that would be terrific.

We'll you have a lot of people here in the tampa area; so finding help shouldn't be hard! We'll tell me a little more about yourself! (how much do you know about pr/fr). Do you want to get into Parkour, free running, or Tricking? How much out of shape are you? This would all help; also where do you live, so the next time I am off we can get together!

Ok to answer questions I know nothing,absolutly nothing about pr/fr I am not sure what the difference between Parkour,free running,or tricking is....I am...well I'll be honest,very out of shape and over weight,more overweight then out of shape (round is a shape XD) I live inHillsborough county,near Dale Mabry (not helpful since Dale Mabry is a big road) my zip is 33614...

ok i have an idea of where you live...do you live slightly north or south of AL Lopez Park?

I believe so,I will check in the morning and post the name of the park,I know theres one near here,I live near Leto High school if that helps...

Well if you do not want to be round, then just go out for jogs and slowly work the distance up to like a 3 mile morning run or something.
