day 1:
got my first running shoes today they are air nikes lol i got them from a friend because i have no money for shoes at the moment.
i ate a sandwich for lunch and had like some water not alot though.
after school was let out i tried my new shoes out but walking/running 3 miles home i would run for 3 minutes walk for 2 and continue doing that.
i stopped off at united on my way home because there is a really good rail that i practice my speed vault on
and got home to have subway and a propel water

day 2:
left my running shoes at home  :-\
had 2 peices of toast this morning with creme cheese and a small drink of a v8 splash
got to school and got a bottle of water which i refiled once
for lunch i had taco bell (i know i know its terrible)
i tried to get lemonade but the thing was broken and so was the water one (there both on the same fountain)
so i had to stick with diet coke
after school i had a bottle of water and ran/walked the 3 miles i had no time to practice vaults at united today and i didnt run alot because i was in my peice of shiz vans  :P
for dinner i had a baked potatoe and some toast and v8 splash
3 sets of 20 pushups and 200 sit ups

i know this isnt a good start but im workin on it if you have any suggestions please feel free to comment

Proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation are always helpful. :)

I would suggest watching what you eat a bit more.  That stuff is usually fine if you're not planning on doing anything, but as it really doesn't have much in the way of nutrition, any type of exercise with that for fuel will leave you dry pretty quickly.  Fruit usually does me well.

yeah sorry about the grammar i kinda lose my correct grammar after school and on the internet :P  yeah im gonna try to eat more fruit in the morning and alot less taco bell ill probly just switch to those pre made ham and cheese sandwiches at tootn totum

didnt have money for lunch so i just played free running on my psp lol  ::)
after school i ran about half of the three miles home and stopped off at my usual rail to practice vaults and i started to work up the courage for a monkey vault but id rather try with grass around 
then i worked on my jumping by jumping over a turned over shopping basket
after i got home my dad took me to united to get some food i got a salad and 2 weeks worth of water
i also had some toast with creme cheese and a granola bar for dinner

You need to be eating A LOT more than this dude. You should be eating at least six meals a day. It's hard but I'm trying to do it as well. Jujimufu who runs the site trickstutorials.com has a lot of good information on nutrition. His was written with the trickster in mind but it can apply to traceurs too. Plus, he's funny as hell.
