Jam Downtown Frederick MD SATURDAY 20th at 11

We are going to have a jam on saturday the 20th in fredrick MD. Meet at 11am at the bell tower in Bakers Park downtown fredrick. We will start with some stretching amd stuff,then we will work our way to the down town hot spots. Hope to see you there!

Well there is a jam Saturday the 10th in Frederick at 11am at baker park. That is  what i thought this one was about.

are there regular frederick jams? A couple of my friends and I wish to participate in one, to see how its done. We are new to parkour, so we dont really know what direction to go.

Every saturday we meet in baker park at 11 am.
Its best to check the thread the day before however to note any time changes or cancellations, or see who will be coming out.
