about pullups

so I don't have a pull up bar and their isnt one near my house so i just want to ask is their a different exercise? or a creative way to do pull ups without a pull up bar?

You can order doorway pull up bars online for anywhere from 15-30 dollars. Very easy set up and they work really well. We have two in our apartment right now. Other than that there are a ton of places I'm sure (unless you live in the deep country) outside that would have an area decent to practice pull ups.

sometimes you just need to get creative...

also, this forum is for training journals.  in the future, put a post like this into general fitness.. :)
