If there's no danger in doing it, why try?

I would train at home...

I used to work there and they didn't like my running around like a mad man. (I wasn't even training for Parkour then.)

The entire Clayton/Ladue/Brentwood area is full of lawyers and they are big on lawsuit threats.

...The park near Mid-county may not be that bad, or the industrial park...

Hope that helps.

age doesnt really matter to us. If you can get there or if we are jamming around there and are able to grab a ride then that would be great

I'm going to be in STL over the long weekend if anyone wants to train.

If only I would've known this earlier. I definitely need to log on here more. I did a lot of running over the Labor Day weekend. However, it wasn't that interesting because I was just doing it by myself. Anywho, next time you're in the STL area and looking for a good run, gimme a call or text. (314)546-3257. We'll get something together. I'm Gaz, btw.

Hey guys! My name is Joshua and I am very interesed in starting Parkour. I live in South County and am very eager to learn. If you are interesed in helping a 22 year old guy out that has no idea what he is doing lol. I am in good shape I play sports and run quite a bit, but I need to do something new. I know that it is going to take alot of work. Hit me back please! Thanks guys.

Hey, where in South County are you? I live off Telegraph by Dierbergs. Also, I would suggest going to stlpk.webs.com and signing up.

Hi, i'm from Lee's Summit, MO. Is there anyone who lives near by? I don't have time or the transportation to go to a jam or a gym. So if i could personally meet someone, it would be great.

Hey Ryan, if you haven't already, head over to STLpk.com and sign up. I know there are a few people on there who are also located in St. Charles. Hope to see you on there soon, don't forget to introduce yourself!

Hey,
I'm Austin. I'm 23 and new to St Louis and parkour (I'm physically active but I'm still in the *very* early stages of getting the fundamentals). I'm in Arnold/Imperial but I have car and will travel since I'm quickly discovering my neighbourhood is more or less trees, trees, and more trees.

Anyway, I'm still painfully noobish but it's good to know there's such an active community in STL.
Cheers,
Austin

Hey. I'm C.J. Simpson, aka "Siege." I live in Affton, near Mathilda-Welmering Park. I've been practicing Parkour for a year. I'm a proud member of PxC and an original/founding member of Saint Louis Parkour (STLpk) and Missouri Parkour (MOpk). If you haven't done so already, I would suggest that you head over to www.MissouriParkour.com and sign up. The site represents all of Missouri, as well as parts of Illinois and Iowa. It's the best place to get information on upcoming jams and connect with other practitioners that live near you.
Thanks! I look forward to running with you!

Gawd, over a year since the last post here. Anyways, not sure if I have posted here before, but I am just coming back from a pretty long break from parkour (not so much a break as a lazy period) and am practically starting anew. I'm looking for a few people in StL that might be able to get out and run a bit, I need the training. Anyways, I actually live over the river near Valmeyer, wondering if anyone else is from around here.
The cake is a lie.
