St. Louis MO

I'd like for everyone in the STL area to post here, I want to organize a little better so I'll make a section for each area of MO. This way you can go to your area and find who is closest to you.

I am in the St. Louis area and just getting started with Parkour but would like to find out a bit more about groups in the area and places to train / practice / run.  Right now it's just me and a couple friends at school, but we're definitely interested in learning more.  Giovanni, you have anymore info on your group or local stuff?

We are pretty godo but could stand to get better. I would love to meet up with some other cool people and talk about training more.

Your best bet is to message Gio. Or just go to the gym TrickSET uses on one of their Wednesday night sessions.

Oh cool old enough lol, because I"ll have our crappy minivan to drive this summer but I'm not allowed to have more than one passenger in it. When I'm driving, but I my mom might not care if you drove it or something, then you'd have a ride as well as my friends who normally go. I'd have to ask her, but we'll see lol

Known about parkour for about 4 years. We kinda did it then, but we started to do it more seriously about a year ago.  This summer we'll get down to south county and jam with you guys.

Hey all, I'm brand spanking new into parkour.  Just heard about it, just started getting into it.

I'm located at St. Robert, MO.  That almost half-way point between Springfield and St. Louis.  I've always been into staying in shape overall (mostly through running and sword training), but I really want to get into Parkour.  I'm old enough to drive and got myself a nice jeep.  So tell me ya'll...how do I get in?  I want to start training with ya if I can as soon as possible.  Wed. in STL are a bit out of the question for me...but weekends sound really good!  Let me know if ya can.

I just moved into Rolla, MO and I really want to get into Parkour.  I am 26yr female in fairly decent shape and would like a group to train with.  I stay in lots of sports to include climbing, adventure racing, judo, mountain biking, ect....  If anyone is inbetween STL and Springfield and knows Parkour, I would love to link up and learn/train.

Where is the gym located in St. Louis, an address would be sweet, because my friends and I recently started PK out of Bowling Green, which is about an hour North of STL, and the only place that we have to train is our city park.  We would love to have some kind of padding to try some new stuff on, because the only thing that really slows any of us down is trying a new movement knowing the only landing is grass or pea gravel.
