hey im out in pembroke pines, i got a group of like 5 guys that i train with, but we always like to have new people so if any of you would like to come around let me know.

we usually train on mondays tuesdays and thursdays

Hey guys my team is setting up a joint jam with Miami Parkour this summer.
We train with 2 of their dudes alot, Korey and Drew.

But were setting up a jam where we all are just gonna train in Miami and Las Olas.

yea man this saturday im trying to make it out too
but miami is a long ways away from me.

if my team goes, we'll be going with team vault; theyre a new team from Ft lauderdale; theyre meeting up with us in springs in the morning, and were gonna jam a little, have try outs for the 954 all star team, and then try and get to miami to meet up with miapk and everyone else.

national pk day :D

a good place to train is the holly wood arts park. loads of obstacles and a very wierd architecture. if u want 2 jam for pk day ( june 6th) reply

i like training in that area around the Imax thatre/museum place
u got the beach a few miles away, lots of architecture, and sometimes a nice crowd of clapping kids at the imax thatre courtyard :)

Wow, I did not even know there were teams in Fort Lauderdale. I want to start parkour but I do not know anyone and do not know where to begin. Anyone train in the Las Olas area? I do Cross Country, track, and used to gymnastics and martial arts, so I am pretty athletic. e-mail me at psyckotics@gmail.com

We train in Las Olas like at least twice a month, we went to the MiaPK national PK day jam there a few weeks ago.
Team Vault, whos on our myspace freinds list (look them up and add them) train almost exclusively in Ft. Lauderdale; most of them are just starting too, it would be good for you to train with them and you guys can learn and grow together, and every now and then you, my team, and Vault can get together, collaborate, share new tricks, and learn from each other; we just had a beach day jam with them last saturday  :)
