A few friends and I just recently stumbled upon the idea of training gauntlets. It was an idea i had never even thought of. At first glance and thought, it seemed pretty easy, but after creating two seperate gauntlets (one for edurance conditioning and one strength conditioning) we realized just how amazingly awesome these things are for training! It hurts.. haha. I haven't been this sore in forever!
