there's also the Women's PK seminar this weekend at Primal. I've noticed that, in general, the women who are interested in PK tend to be older than their male counterparts (and am an example of it myself), so we have to take into account many of the principles argued for in this forum: "if you don't use it, you lose it", injuries take longer to heal, you have to set reasonable expectations, scale exercises. I encourage any 30+ women out there to check it out!
