I know this sounds weird, but what is considered flat footed?  How hight should your arch be?

Cuz i have sort of flat feet but i have never had a problem running or climbing.

when you run try to run on the balls of your feet  same for if you land land on the balls of your feet and you will eventually adapt to it and it will become second nature
this worked for me
