Pop Vault
« on: February 14, 2006, 05:47:54 AM »
A passe murrialle technique used by traceurs to quickly pass obsticles that are too high to jump over from the ground.

In a pop vault, the traceur takes one step up the side of the obsticle, and then uses his/her arms to vault over it.

Right, I was trying to show that pop-vault falls under the category of passe murraille.

I'll clear this up.
