Hey Ryan,

Was wondering if you could fill me in on protocol for switching up to intermediate this coming session. It looks like the end of fundamentals will roll right into the next session, so I'm curious if there's anything I need to do before that. Thanks.

nope, just keep working on your basics and your conditioning. then be ready to step everything up a notch in intermediate!

The new schedule for parkour classes in Boulder has been posted. We are now offering a 10 week, 10 class program on weekdays (Wed.) and a separate 10 week, 10 class program on weekends (Sat.). This is to allow people to have a choice between a weekend or weekday program depending on their schedule. Registration is now open and is first come, first serve.
