Yo any suggestion before I try it. Wall Front Flip (wall loser)

 I havent attemptin it yet, but I wanna. I have a seminar coming up this sunday so I wont try it before then to make sure I make it to the seminar.  ;D

 After that Ill hit the gym the same day probably right after it, so any tip will be used...

 I think it is a slick move, looks simple (jump, kick the wall leaning forward and tuck fast) my front flips are good I can tuck really fast but I want some tip before I attempt it.

Ok well, the only trick to this is to first plant your foot on the wall really at any reasonable height, then with your chest high, jump up and push out from the wall as far a humanly possible, and last tuck as hard as possible as soon as your foot leaves the wall.  Also I would highly recommend using a cheese mat the first few times, like I do in my video.

Here are my first attempts at it, the second one I do here is absolutely perfect, and the last one looks more like a front side flip thingy, but it felt like a front flip. O well!

Wow, I can't do these.  They are a little awkward for me.

Practice it in the gym.  Me and some other guys were practicing this and when one guy would run up and try it, another would push a mat under him.  I thought that seemed like a logical way to practice.  If you mess up, you just land on a mat.
