I havent attemptin it yet, but I wanna. I have a seminar coming up this sunday so I wont try it before then to make sure I make it to the seminar.

After that Ill hit the gym the same day probably right after it, so any tip will be used...
I think it is a slick move, looks simple (jump, kick the wall leaning forward and tuck fast) my front flips are good I can tuck really fast but I want some tip before I attempt it.
