Hi. So, the last time I've trained with any consistency was late August. The combination of work, and school (Resulting in a 60ish hour week) since September on top of having a girlfriend leaves me with little free time and a near constant feeling of exhaustion.
During the summer, I could train for hours before I started to get fatigued, and I tried to train last week, and got tired really fast. I haven't tried since, but I want to train more than anything right now. My technique seems to be off, but I'm sure most of the muscle memory is there, and it'll just be a month or two before I'm back in the swing of things.
Three questions.
1) How can I get my fitness back to the level it was, despite a lack of time to train? I'm not opposed to work outs or conditioning exercises, but I need to be able to do said exercises within a 20-30 minute period.
2) How can I get my technique back to the level it was? I was extremely smooth during the summer, extremely confident, and was making jumps I once thought impossible for myself with ease.
3) How can I keep myself from being tired all the time? I know I'm working really hard every day, but even so. Diet? More regular exercise? More sleep?
Thank you.
