« on: February 22, 2008, 07:32:26 AM »
Ok im not sure if this would be the place to post this topic if it isnt then please feel free to move it to the correct section. Ok ive been wondering how to make some equipment to use to train for pk. Where i live there isnt much to use for training so i want to make some equipment like some rails for presisions or a kong box and stuff. i figured to make the bars was simple ive seen how they are made but i would love to have your opinions and info on theings youve made and if it has helped or not and how you built it?

Whatever you want.  Parkour is about finding your own path, so find it, man.  I personally don't use my time to make stuff for parkour.  For me, parkour is everywhere.  There's a tree in my backyard that I try stuff on all the time, and a park down the street that I practice on at night.  I think you need to open your eyes a little wider and look all around you.  There are so many obsticles in life around you, why try to make more?

But hey, I'm not trying to criticize, lol.  That's just what I think and those are my methods.  Never do something just because they tell you or they think they know more.
