place to practice

i live in grove city which is an hour north of pittsburgh, in hick country basically, does anyone know of anything close like within half an hour so i can practice i just started and i am completely new to this

does the school there have any rails and walls where youre able to get to it without tresspassing? if it does, use those to practice.
