      Well i've been doing parkour for about 1 year now and it realy cold and is stoping me from going out to do parkour just today it was
10  degreas  outside any sugestions where to practice

I would suggest YMCA.. it's perfect from what my friend told me.
it's $10.oo or so everytime you go there but it's worth it.
they got mats, weights, treadmills, etc..

By the way, would you like a training partner? Cause I've been looking for one to no avail.
I found a guy that wants to do parkour, but he doesn't seem dedicated at all.

im having the same problem today it was 1 degrea.......
I go to a nice open gym once a week
just call local gymnastic places and ask if the have an open gym.

yea im looking into gyms to use but i realy have no transportation because my parents cant drive me any where and i can't get my drivers licens untill next year all i have is my bike

Oh don't worry, glad that you're back though.
Well if you live over by boondocks, that kinda sucks.
But I have a training buddy with a car, and we might be able to pick you up over at Boondocks or whatnot..
I'd have to talk to him again. See if he's down for some Parkour.
Right now my weekend has kinda been messed up. my bike is at the hookah bar, and my coat too.
And it's a very cold walk down there.
Gonna have to beg my mom for a ride.

Well man I would suggest getting some friends with cars, or finding a place near you like in a parking garage or something... I lived down over there last year, and I don't really remember anything.

well actually just today i accidently ran my bike through a pile of goat heads and destroyed my bike tires so from now on it's just strength training untill i get a ride to go anywhere

hey good luck on the training man, last night I tried to go for a run and my left knee couldn't handle it had to call it a day and go do some squats. lol
