Looking to get into self defense AND freerunning
« on: February 13, 2019, 12:38:51 AM »
I'm looking for advice of which style of martial arts I should be looking into, but there is weirdly few links on how these two can be put together effectively, even when the entertainment world of movies and games pairs the two often. All my research shows that its always " a mix of a million different things"

It seems there are two camps when it comes to pairing Free running and martial arts. tech news free netflix
The first is very acrobatic; move alot, flip a lot, ect. The other is more straight forward, get in, get out, disarm, ect. I think I lean more to this camp, as honestly, Id rather not be in a fight for longer than a few seconds.

I know "tricking exists" but it really isnt practical. I'm looking to get into freerunning, rock climbing and self defense as a more "realistic" goal, being able to get away or quick and straight forward defense. I was hoping to ask some of you experienced guys as what you know or practice or what you think pairs well?

I might want to thank you for the endeavors you have made in composing this article. I am trusting a similar best work from you later on also. Truth be told your experimental writing capacities has enlivened me to begin my very own godaddy 99 rs domain blog now.
