sick alright. that wont be a problem at all, nickM and i usually train with different skill leveled ppl, so we will try to help in any way possible.

i'm sure we could put together some sort of jam in baltimore. that way it's not as bad as a drive. or meet somewhere from the metro.

what do you think?

agreed. freerunning is so fun, and can make you grow, depending on how deep you train and how you overcome obsticals.

aka a grand ole time.

If you can find a ride, you should head down to Primal Fitness sometime, too. They're located in Washington DC (www.primal-fitness.com).

Otherwise, I'd love to meet with you when I come home for Spring Break (early march). I live near Annapolis, MD.

sounds awesome man.

i'm glad you're so interested, just remember to start out small (and safe).. no need for big drops yet. hopefully i'll also meet you guys over spring break or summer (i live in the same area as these guys)

you should also check out the mid-atlantic board, where most people from Md, DC, and Va post. and our own super cool website

Rooftops can be tempting, and the challenge of getting up there can even be fun (see: buildering), but largely, it's just a bad idea. I won't say that I haven't been on my fair share of rooftops, but it's often dangerous, there's nothing really good up there, you risk attention from the authorities, and getting down can be dangerous.

Really... it's not worth it. If you have to, be safe, pick a good time to do it, plan how you can get down safely before you get up there, and don't do it often.
