Wow, that article as dumb. The methods are good.. just not as a whole program though. Built into a program some of them should work. Stair running, in particular, isn't that effective for building explosiveness unless you're skipping tons of stairs. The best thing for running.... is still running. No sprints? That negates his whole line of reasoning on power work for running because sprinting is the best thing for that.
