umm its been a while sense i last went out and practiced and for the last few weeks a muscle in my leg(the on behind the shin which i believe is called the calf) has been hurting like heck and i can hardly walk on it and stuff and its impossible for me to relax it during the day because of school but would any one happen to know something thats wrong just a question

How long exactly has it been since you've worked it? If it's been more than a week, it could possibly be a pretty serious muscle-strain or sprain. Does massage/stretching help at all? How about wrapping it with an ace bandage?

well its starting to feel better except in the morning or when i start moviing after sitting down and watching tv for more than 2 hours havnt put and ace wrap on it yet though
