when in a parking lot, walk along the concrete slabs (what are they called? theyre at the end of the parking spaces) instead of the ground.

and on sidewalks, instead of walking, try to precision from crack to crack. maybe skip a few though to make the distances larger.
It's not about showing off. It's about movement and passion and freedom. It's about giving yourself the ability to reach farther and higher, to go anywhere you please. It's about living without boundaries.

If you're ever standing near a wall, place one hand against it (keep your forearm close to it but not touching) and lean towards it with your feet crossed so you're only standing on one foot. It's probably possible to pulsate this movement as well.

Basically this is a side plank only leaning against a wall and not so odd looking if you're in a public place  ;D

If you have a bathtub for your shower/bath, use the sides of the tub as parallets.

Ugh! Inverted sit-ups are the devil... lol

I like to do calf raises when I'm standing In line, or just hanging out.

Try walking quickly, not running. don't bend your knees while doing that. Believe me, it takes a lot of muscle endurance to do that for long times, like 2-5 mins. After a while, u'll notice that u can outwalk anyone, and sometimes its a good substitute for running in public, because it's not as flashy or noticable.

Also another benefit is that u can step to the sides, like when walking around people, which makes going through a crowd smoother and faster. I used to do that in high school. u feel like Al-Tair (Assassin's creed) but without pushing people to the sides. ;)

Just adding on cause it looks interesting:

Numbers what ever:
if  have a dog, throw his toy across the yard then race them for it.

Play with younger members of the family, offer to give them piggy back rides whenever.

If you have a cat play slap box with them (Don't really slap them but poke them and see if they wanna play, they
re agile and fast little buggers and very good at helping you learn to move quick as possible)

Sneak up on your cat or dog- better hearing then humans and harder to sneak up on.

Well of course. In my house, I would shatter the paper thin planks.
