An urban sport which shares the theme of urban exploration with Parkour. The climbing skills used in buildering can be adapted, or simply used as-is in Parkour. Buildering.net, based in Canada, is a good site to check for more info.


Buildering.net decribes buildering as "climbing a man-made structure, of which the design is for purposes other than climbing."

Sweet, do you know about that guy, that used to annualy dress up like spider man and climb the empire state building? Thats buildering right

EDIT: Whats with the parkour poll on his site? Its pretty funny

I don't do it anymore though, there are no buildings in colorado worthy of my buildering embrace.

I like buildering on my dogs house, it's pretty freaky being 3 feet off of the ground though, so I don't do it often Smiley

After i saw this post, i cant stop climbing things, its a real rush, i suggest people try it. Just start climbing things, start off small though. (thats pretty obvious)
