Damnit, I had all the time in the world this morning to train and I slept in until 2 pm then had to work.

Usual WU

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I made it to minute 21 before I pooped out.

Drilled the move a couple dozen times each side after seeing Travis' tut. (Nice one if you read this)
