  • your choice
  • Turn overs
  • 10-12ft drops
  • wall run 360  (in the corner of the wall)

Uses

Â Rolls: To break your fall from high heights.

Â Cat-leaps: Used to get from ledge to leadge.

Â Speed vualt: Used to vualt and maintain a high speed.

Â King kong vualt: A vualt in which you legs are tucked under your body. can be used to vualt into a turnover position.

Â Turnovers: can be used to switch a vualt into a crouching position to drop from a height.

Â Hand spring: to hand spring off of a pole. which i cant do but always be ready.

Â Flips: *Be careful!* For show if you aren't confident you can do it don't.

Justin me and you need to accomplish this list before you move. I love it how you made this up though. Great strategy.

If I remember correctly they're in / around the Walkersville, MD and Frederick, MD area!
(on a sidenote, think you could slim down the size of your signature psycosis12? thanks! just save the image from parkour.net [since that's where you have it linked from :p] then resize it in MSPaint / photoshop and go to www.imageshack.us to host it!)

I'll be around the Annapolis area during the summer, once school lets out. I plan on making it down to DC once a week or so to go to primal or a random jam.

If memory serves, you're southern maryland. We can set something up and I can come down and we can play sometime, if you'd like.

If you can get yourself up to the Annapolis area, we can hit up Anne Arundle Community College. It's a pretty sweet place.
