WOD/Warm up?

Yeah i was just wondering if i should do the warm up before i train and work our of day when i work out?

ive been doing my own thing but should i replace it with this, or still do mine plus these 2 but just do these 2 before i do my training

The warmup is mainly geared to get your muscles warm and your blood flowing with a light sweat. If that helps you to do these then by all means do it everyday. If it's too intense for you, try scaling it down or making up your own warmup.
