well, today we had a news crew at primal. that = no real workout worth noting. we basically did a lil bit o everyhing when the camera was rolling. the only worth while thing to mention was me hitting jesse with an 8 pd medicine ball... in the balls! by accident of course  ;)

hahaha!! ok i may do it on thursday, but i def want to do it next week. so watch out for it.

1/31/08

worked on some ring stuff with steve. some dead hang pull ups ( 20 total maybe, didnt count). then i worked on kong to reverse vaults while steve loaded himself with 180 pds and did pull up negatives!...  >:( hes to strong  :)

warm up: 50 jump rope, 10 push ups, pull ups, squats, samson stretch x3

skill work: 15 mins of hand stand training

work out: 7 rds for time

10 push ups, pull ups, ghd sit ups, squats (12:08)

edit: frianne has been confirmed for thursday at 6:30 am. or as we at primal like to call it, cross-fit bench mark diafran...

i got 3 rounds and actually tied 2 others for most rds  ???

i kinda worked on kongs afterwards... kinda tired

2/06/08 = rest day. merry wednesday! although i may take a yoga class, not sure yet.

skill work: medicine ball toss on balance beam (lightly)

3 rds for time: 15 deadlifts 225 pds, 15 handstand push ups, 15 thrusters 95 pds, 15 pullups
my stats:
 
225 pd deadlifts 15
handstand push ups (first rd handstand, sec rd 10 handstand & 5 walk up wall handstand, 3 rd 5 walk up wall & 10 incline push ups)
95 pd thrusters 15
15 kipping pull ups

29:18 

checked out cross fit times for this workout and they ranged from 15:00 to about 40:00 ish. so im not to upset, but i could use some work.

so most of today's workout was waking up and getting motivation, for time. (about 20 mins to roll out of bed)  :D

warm up: 100 jump rope, 10 overhead squats, 10 push ups, 10 kb swings, 2 samson stretch

work out: row 5k (22:34) good pace but not trying to crush any times at all.

took a judo class for the first time in my life ;D . worked on grip fighting and the throw osoto gari. man, primal is a fun place to be. they gots lots o' classes!  :)

another day with a serious lack of motivation + my back is still kinda sore from diafran  :-\ . however, i still got my lazy ass to the gym  :)

warm up : 100 jump rope, 10 squat, 10 push ups, 10 pull ups, 2 samson stretch x3

4x5 ab roller, rest 1:00 between

workout: (a fun one, still... unmotivated. stupid mondays :P )

sandbag toss + vault ( throw 100 pound gym bag full of sandbags over vault box, vault after bag)
kb swings
slam ball
db push press

1:00 each, 1:00 rest after completed all 4, x3

count how many reps total each round

rd1 57, rd2 53, rd3 53
