A break is good if you've been working out.
Otherwise you're not really taking a break cause you haven't really started... lol

By the way, none of us here are here to judge only to help and give positive advice and criticism, so no need to feel embarrassed.
I actually started keeping a journal in my room instead of using the Training Journal Post I made on here.
I should update it though.

Good Luck!!

Paddy.

today did a modified "cindy" workout (15 squats, 10 push ups, 5 pull ups 10:00 for rounds). i have no pull up bar at home so i did 5 curls, found an old one lying around. i lost track of the rounds as usual, i am used to jessy keeping track for me at primal. i think it was like 6-7 rounds if i had to guess. other then that i will probably work on precision jumps and hand stands today. guess break is over :)

primal fitness parkour class

palm spins for fun before class

warm up: run around the block (300 meter-370 meters guess-timation)
              10 push ups
handstand work, handstand against wall and alternate picking up hand and putting it beside your leg for 1:00
              x3

             3 wall runs for fun

training: pistols and squats on precision and balance trainers
180 turns on precision trainers (up and down 180's, not jumping to rail) fall of 5 burpees!

obstacle course work: 6 precision trainers at various distances and types (standard 2x4 trainer, vault box, balance beam railing) for time. class did not beat time m2 set as the standard so we did 38 burpees for going over time.

cool down stretching at the end of class

so yea, yesterday i had the great idea to get drunk. then i realized i needed a hair cut. clearly me cutting my own hair would be the logical thing to do! this morning, i took a look in the mirror and its not completly butcherd, but it looks like i have a receding hair line (and no spell check on this comp :P ) its not training, but its a mistake i share with the world so others wont do the same. dont cut your own hair while drunk  :o . ok so maybe i am the only one that will make that mistake...
