Heysss

I'm Caleb from PA, I've always interested in Parkour, so I figured I would try it out. I've always been into flashy, intense, activity... so this has always interested me. I've been breakdancing for a few years, and have taken martial arts years back, so I figured I'd really like this. But I did notice the age group of starting around here is like 15-18 years old. I'm 22, haha, so I feel kinda left behind! Oh wells.

It's like 3 or 4hrs, I guess.

Hey, check out the PA forum way down there on the forum home site. It has a few threads about Pittsburgh, I believe.

Good Luck! Let us know if you need anything! ;)

hello everyone,
My name is Robert and I live in Ocala, Fl. (That's central Florida). I'm new to the way of Parkour but am incredibly addicted already. I'm a personal trainer with a client base of about 25 people and have been craving something to take myself to the next level. Parkour and Crossfit together make that next level for me.
It's great to meet all of you!

Come to www.pkto.ca ..  Kyle Shapiro organizes the St. Catherine's community.  Very good guy, but he's in China for the summer training Kung Fu.  I'm pretty sure the St. Catherine's community wouldn't become inactive just cause Kyle's gone, but it'll definitely get jump-started come September when all the kids go back to Brock.

If you have a car, on Sunday evenings, near the Hamilton side of Burlington, we hold weekly gym sessions at www.burlingtonbg.com between 6-8PM.  We've had some St. Cats people come up on occasion and it's not all too far.  I don't remember if Kyle ever organized the St. Cats gym meets back up, but check the PKTO forums for that.

Hey everybody! Just signed up yeserday, I hope this isn't a problem but I live in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This is the only parkour/freerunning site I know of. Anyways I've been into this kinda stuff for a while but I'm just getting serious about it now.

Don't worry about it man, it's American Parkour, not US Parkour.

Everyone is welcome to APK.

Hey.  I've only been on APK for a few days, and doing parkour a few weeks, but I realized I never introduced myself in this thread.

I live in OKC, OK (hence my username) and that's all I know to say right now....see ya later.

Wassup all?! I've been doing a bit of Parkour-esque things on the local playground for the past few weeks, avoiding the small children, going when they aren't there much, and I started investigating it more. I may have some questions, and when I do I'll look for answers. I live in Nevada, 16 years old...mmm, I am pretty athletic, pole vault and b-ball mainly..yeah that is about it. Oh yeah, and I am kinda a Star Wars nerd...but that is about it. I am also pretty small, about 5' 2", 105-110 lbs, so I can move around pretty quick and have good reflexes. Catch ya on the flip side!

Hi everyone, My name is Bryan and I live in Greenville, SC. I'm fairly new to parkour.  I started about 4 or 5 months ago.  This site seems like it's going to be alot of fun to be apart of.

Hey everyone, I'm Justin.  I enjoyed parkour-esque activities through high school and up until I started working a desk job.  Now that I've quit smoking (again) I'm ready to shed my desk gut and and start hurling myself off of railings and walls with abandon  ;)

Ari: Who stabbed you?

Royal: He did. There was a price on my head, and he was a hired assassin. Stuck me in the gut with a shiv.
