*clears throat* parkour is a noun! lol not a verb. so it would be doing Parkour not parkouring! but its okay i dont judge! :) its just around where i live i dont let anyone get away with that gotta make sure im on the top of my game! ;)

Lol, I know. My family has a strange habit of making verbs out of everything, so it slips out sometimes =P

Have a home in the middle of nowhere outside of Johnstown, PA, and have been actively practicing for about two weeks.

I found Parkour through CrossFit, and it gave me a better excuse for using the railroad ties, planking, and other stuff to build a course in my woods. Granted, my wife thinks my 10yr old son and I are absolutely nuts, but I at least got her convinced to start trying the warm-ups and basic skills.

Hey, I'm Preston, and am 13 (almost 14). I've been practicing parkour for about a week and like it a lot. I'm from Loganville, Georgia and have been attempting some techniques in my backyard. I'd like to meet some more experienced traceurs around my age to practice with in my area. If you want, you can contact me here, preston.millercob@yahoo.com

I'm James, age 14, from Sedona, AZ(a small town with lots of tourism) I've known about parkour and wanted to do it for over a year now, but when I found out about it I thought I would have needed to be able to do backflips, have better balance and be in better shape, etc. Now I'm in better shape have more time so I decided to start.

Hello everyone; I'm glad to be part of this cool site!  I am 19 years old and from a fairly rural part of Ohio.  Anyway, I am just getting started with parkour and hope to improve.

I'm out of Omaha, Nebraska (North O)  I've trained a variety of places and love the discipline.  I joined the site to connect w/other people from Omaha and surrounding states and to also hear about jams and meetups.

I've only really started parkour a month ago; averaging 2+hrs a day.  I'm trying to learn as much as possible, as fast as possible. (without hurting myself too much)  Need new shoes again,,,can barely see the tread.  If you're also from Omaha or somewhere close, email me; I'de like to know who is n the area.

Just learned about Parkour this week and decided to give it a try.  I live in CT but I wouldn't call this my home, just here for school.  I was trying to get in shape and lose weight and figured Parkour would be a way to get me outside so I can enjoy the spring and summer.

Hey I'm Shane, 22, from Fairbanks Alaska, been practicing for a month or two, but spring is here so now I can actually be outside more. I like general fitness stuff and grip training and decided to put some of it to good use.

Hi, my name is Evan "E-Dub" Walters. I'm from Kansas City, Missouri and live south of KCI airport. I have actually known about parkour for about two years now but didn't realy get in to it untill the summer of 2008. I usually train at Park Hill High School and try to go to the Edge Gym, in Riverside, every Saturday. I'm also starting a club called PHPK, Park Hill Parkour, at my school. I'm only 14 years old, so I was wondering if somebody knows of any other spots to train. Thanks for all the help.
