I'm practicing my rolls in my basement, every time I do it though my shoulder gets jammed forward and my head hits the ground (not really hard, but hard enough to give you a headache). I've done every thing i can to try to fix it but nothing is working, what else should i try?

Start by dive rolling.  get a fluent roll, SHOULDER TO HIP and make it smooth.  don't hesitate to throw your head under, i would hate to see you kill yourself trying to roll because your head smashes the cement. You shouldn't be getting headaches from rolling.  after you perfect the upper body movement, land on your feet from a waist height, and don't bend your knees past 90 degrees or you'll shoot them.  Tie the motion together until it feels perfect.  you can video yourself to clean up the little things. then progressively get larger, but there will never be a real need to drop more than head height if your training safely.  Good luck, message me if you have more questions.

Well keep practicing all of those things.  The bigger they get the better, but if you want something more flashy try flipping.  also, theres different levels for every movement.  for example a kong vault can be turned into a double kong for a more impressive display.  work on advancing in what you already have though.  Good Luck!!! :)

I'm 12 and I simply started repeating this. Im doing my rolls inside my basement, whenever I take action though our sholder obtains jammed forward and our head hits the earth (not very hard, but tricky enough to offer you a headache). I've done all i can to try and fix this but absolutely nothing is working, what else should i try?

Oliver Wegner:
The shoulder and hip can be quite tricky, but I really can't imagine that nothing is working to protect your head. If it is so tricky, concentrate HARD on tucking your head in as much as possible during the roll. And don't roll over your spine, but over the shoulder.
Have you watched some tutorials dealing with the roll? They can be quite helpful :)
