Do lots of squads and legs workout. Conditiong your calf and lower body over all, adding some core will also help stabilized your body. If you need some LWB workout try primal fitness.

I believe that the philosophy of parkour is to better yourself in all aspects of life. So you can be quicker and more efficent in everything you do...physically and mentally.

That's just my opinion...idk if there really is a set philosophy about it but I believe I got the general idea down...understand?

I think he means that Parkour is whatever you make of it. Parkour can be something that improves anything in your life, it just all depends on how you see it.

I do Parkour because its fun and it allows me to set goals for myself. By doing this, I know that I can always improve anything I do in life as long as I focus and stay determined.

that is one massive sig file! it's almost as big as ozzi's old one.. but not as big as ddr_hero's former sig. it was a huge rotating word that spelled "DONG" and took up almost the whole screen. lol

I like athletic shoes, like running shoes to be specific. Lightweight, good tread, comfortable, flexible, fits the foot well, etc..
