I should have put a sticky for this here, sorry I was so pokey.
If anyone has any suggestions or comments about the Midwest Jam, feel free to post them. Questions too! This is meant to be a sort of free-for-all planning thread. Madpk is putting together its own plans and we will make announcements about the jam as they become available. And if you have a question, comment, or idea, post it up here and we will add it to the mix as it fits.

are the dates tentative or definite? it may end up clashing with a family reunion... if that's the case, could i plan another weekend in the summer to come jam with you awesome folks at madpk?

The dates are 99% definite. Bummer that you might not be able to make it. :( That said, you are welcome to jam with us whenever you want. Just let me know; I can put you up on my couch if you need a place to stay (or, if it's late enough in the summer, we may have an actual guest room by that time... we'll be condo shopping this spring. Whee!)
But yeah, you are welcome any time, Laurie; just send me an email or call or whatever and we'll plan it out.

i'll check with the fam and see when the reunion is planned. it might workout to be the weekend before that *fingers crossed*. if it's not however, i know you'll understand that family comes first. i'll just have to plan on another weekend...
good luck with the condo shopping! i'm looking at moving within the month, so happy hunting to us both. :)

looks like a small group of us KC traceurs may be roadtrippin` to madison together! (hopefully hit up some spots along the way... :))
