YAY!

Okay, here is the lodging information. There is still one last question I have for them so I have not included any contact info for them. I am still waiting to see if they want me to collect all the reservations from you guys and hand them in in one pack, or if they will be ok with you guys calling them individually to reserve. Once I know that I will post the info here and let you know.
To reiterate:
Midwest Jam 2008, Madison, WI

Hosted by Madparkour
Traceurs and Freerunners of all experience levels welcome.Lodging:Primary lodging will be at
The Langdon, a private dorm near the UW-Madison campus, near Lake Mendota.
Here is a mapCost: $18.89 per person/day, plus a $25.00 non-refundable deposit that can be applied toward the total cost of your room. **Payment is due at the time of check-in**
Cost includes linens (One blanket, two sheets, one washcloth, one pillowcase, and one towel).
Only one (1) packet of linen will be provided to each guest. Additional linen sets are not available. Any missing linens will result in a charge of $40 per set.
Rooms are air-conditioned and have an ethernet jack. Bathrooms are shared, per-floor, dorm-style.
Limited parking is available at The Langdon for an additional $5/day.
Price does NOT include a meal plan. There are plenty of places downtown, within walking distance of The Langdon and our jam spots, to eat for cheap (it is a college town, after all). When you check in at The Langdon you will receive a welcome packet detailing places to eat and shop while in Madison.
RESERVATION DEADLINE: June 1, 2008
Activities/Events:Jams at Madparkour's favorite downtown spots, BBQ, possibly a ballet class and/or stretching clinic taught by Muse, possibly a conditioning session taught by Chad, and a few other surprises, if we can pull them off.
Dates/times/locations still TBD.
************************************
Again, please don't make reservations until I hear back from The Langdon on how they want us to do it. As details become available, I will post the information in this thread, so check back often.
Hope to see many of you there! I'm starting to get excited!
