well, i've decided to start a training log. i feel that i constantly cease working out simply because i don't have reason to, even though i do have a reason. it all simply boils down to not having enough motivation, i guess. my parents think that i have lost enough weight and that i should stop excercising all together, and that's the part that unmotivates me the most, because i have always listened to my parents. but for this one thing i am going to go onto my own accord (hopefully with motivation from you guys

), and go out and start a new chapter of my life, where i am physically and mentally fit.
this is the perfect time to start too, i have a day off on a friday, and no homework all weekend

my workouts will mostly consist of simple stuff: long distance running, HIIT sessions, upper body strength training, and lower bod strength training.
hopefully i will be able to have consistency while doing this, but i cannot guarantee anything, because i'm in the IB program at school, meaning that most of the time i am working or studying.
after a while i also hope to incorporate a food log into this journal, to help keep me on the right track eating-wise. as soon as i gain some strength, i will also start practicing actual parkour moves.
motivation, suggestions, and criticisms all accepted gratefully.
