Haha. That's probably fine.. with the pullups stuff I was working one arm stuff and with this I'll be working planche stuff with my pushups.

Please no more threads until we finish the 3 we are on (pushups, miles ran, precisions).

I assume any kind of pushups count? So if I do my "Pushup Zoo" (crocodile, scorpion, dolphin, ferret, swallow, and dog pushups) they will all count?

of course they count, but you have to make the corresponding animals noises in the process, otherwise your not reaching your true physical potential.
