Aye man you should post this up in the Tampa Traceurs/Traceueses thread. We train all the time in Tampa. Tomorrow we're going to open gym at Lightning City Gymnastics at 7:00. It's located off of Nebraska Ave. and it's $10 to get in. Normally we train at USF, Downtown Tampa, and Medard State Park though. You can text/call me at 813-892-2057 but who knows when I'll have my phone back so I'll probably just text you. Name's Chris by the way. Hope to hear back from you.

Hey, Im new to Parkour but have been tumbling in the Tampa area (Lightning City) for the past 6 months or so, and before that was up in Charlotte, NC for 12 months training there.  Would like to get involved with Parkour but dont know where/how to really start...Im usually around the USF area pretty frequently as Im a student there right now.  Ive seen some stuff posted to YouTube of training in the USF area, and have seen some stuff going on at Lightning City during open gym, and wouldnt mind meeting up...Can anybody help me out?  Thanks...

Hey what's up bro, I am glad you made it on here. We had a training session today. But I will be training again either Wednesday then Friday then Sunday if you want to meet up. I will be training mostly Upper body because I have something similar to jumpers knee but I will definitely teach you the fundamentals.

Hey man, thanks for responding...Wednesday's not a bad day to get together...Thursday as well, and Friday Ill be at open gym at Lightning City.  They're moving their gym facilities to a new location shortly, with open gym, which is only like a mile south of their current location.  Either way, I think open gym will still be available, just at the new facility.  Saturday afternoons are a good time to get together as well...Im actually in the Bradenton area until the end of August, but I make the trek up to the Tampa pretty frequently so meeting up to train isnt a big deal.  Im sure Ill see you on Friday, but let me know if you want to get together this week...Peace...
