is there anyway to train laches other than just doing it cause i hurt myself pretty bad once doing one and i dont want to jump right back into it

Yeah just start really small and have somebody spot you underneath. Then once you feel comfortable with the swinging motion progress to something a little bigger.

hey...im just getting into parkour and im having sum major issues...i think the most important issue would be my lack of a partner or partners..i mean there HAS to be sumone in Daytona Beach doing parkour...but i dont have a vehicle so i cant get anywhere...2nd major issue im having....this place suxs fer parkour...i can do a bit here or there but nothing much...i mean..since i just started i probably dont know much but just at first glance i dont see much...lol this probably sounds really needy but i need HELP!!!..if you want to email me hit me up at defiantwulfe@yahoo.com ....ive watched training and technique vids..but my prob is that i need to see with my own eyes and have myself critiqued in order to learn..any help would be appreciated..thx all

Anyone know any Open Gyms in the South Florida area? Anywhere in miami, fort lauderdale, sunrise, weston, coral springs area will do.
