Hey bro the software I have will definitely do the trick!!! I was looking at all the formats it supports and OMG there is like 20 different formats that this thing will import, as with my other program there was only like 6!

(Right handed speed vault) Ill try and break it down for you! When you are approaching your obstacle make sure you leap with your right leg, as you are about to leap from your right leg your left leg should be going into the air. After your right leg leaps make sure it comes under your left leg! You will be landing with your right leg first. As soon as you leap from your right leg your hand should be coming into contact with the obstacle! It is best to use your hand/arm to correct your axis and push you along your way! Try and make sure that you land so that you are back into your running position!

i was jw cuz i've been tryin to get to the USF jams on the weekends but transportation is a problem for me (mom doesn't get parkour >:() and i just wanted to see if u were anywhere near me. i think i might be able to come this week but it's not 100% yet

i'm in north tampa. it's like 20 mins tops from USF and bout an hour from Brandon. i'm tryin to find a way to get there this saturday for the jam
