I sprained my wrist doing a full twist off of a 4 ft. wall at USF. But just to let you know, the wrist is ONE of the fastest healing parts on your body!

After the tongue of course...except, you have to be really stupid to injure tongue doing parkour.

We'll I know this has no relevance to this but I thought I would share. When I was little (4yrs old) I was running with a pen in my hand. I happened to trip and when I trip the pen went through my tongue. Till this day I have a circular indention on my tongue where the pen went through!

CrazyRican,
Do you ever get to the Gainesville/Ocala area? Or for that matter, do any of you guys. I've been training since June and have yet to work out with anybody. If you get the chance, let me know. Just don't bring a pen! :P

John there's lots of training you can do by yourself if you have the dedication and drive to learn. Danny taught us the first night how to keep a strict and demanding training schedule; to always make practice difficult so the easy stuff can be done without thought. He trains alone, down the street from his house, with only bars and the cracks in the sidewalk as his equipment. Its his dedication and open mindset that makes him, hands down, the best traceur at the jam.

Before you say how much everything sucks *around* you, take a good look at whats *inside* you, and take what you have and make it work for you.

I'm not annoyed, but I don't want to keep seeing you post negativity, I want to see you talking about how well you're progressing.
