Precisions
« on: October 15, 2007, 03:15:28 PM »
Crud, I posted my first precision question in the wrong section of the forums I think. Still trying to work out proper forum procedures. This is my first online forum participation, bare with me!

Okay, with precisions, I have a question, how high should the knees while you are in the air? I can go from railroad to railroad track with relative smoothness, but my knees don't need to go up very high, is the height simply dependent on the size of the jump?

Thanks for any input.
Some people go out at night and take shots of alcohol. Me, I take shots of Flax Oil.

well comfort is of course important.
judgment I would say is as well.
railroad tracks, I don't think you would have to over do it with them.
But maybe if you practice with perfect form, it would help you later with trickier precisions.

Myself I can't do em.
But I know how to. so I'm good for advice. not demonstrations... lol
