Thank you everyone for your support! It's looks like we will have a good turn out. On the 16th we are having a grand opening for our mma/parkour gym. there will be live mma fights, belly dancers, and a capoeirra performance. And of course FOF and Team MOZZ will be performing. I can't wait to see you guys there. We will be able to provide soft ground for tents in Shinobi's back yard. Sorry all the other indoor slots were rsvp'ed. Gentle men The Jam will be mainly held on the weekend. March 15 and 16th are a saturday and sunday (We will spend these days tearing up two of the biggest univesity's in the states NMSU and UTEP) We will also be hosting an open gym at one of the biggest gymnastic gymnasiums in El Paso on Sunday morning at 9.a.m. (Just to warm up) We also have a national airport in house so any one flying in let us know so that we can pick you up. We have a camping out spot for any one bringing tents. Monday the 17th will be the last day. That is the day we will be cooking out and bouldering at Hueco Tanks National Park. Looking forward to seeing both new and familiar faces,

I just checked my calendar and that is the weekend right at the start of my spring break! Yeah!

If I can swing it, I'll try to fold this in with a visit out to San Fran during spring break to see my best friend whom I've never met in person.

I am totally in! I still have to talk about details, but my guess is I'll fly down Friday and stay the whole way, then fly to my house in Cali for the rest of break.

The only thing is, I need somewhere to stay, are you guys supplying lodging or will I need a hotel/tent?

I don't know if I can make this. My best friend is getting married that weekend. Although it's her second marriage, so it won't be a big "production" but rather a small civil ceremony, and therefore I won't be needed for any kind of "bridesmaid duties," there is no way I could miss her wedding. I'll have to wait and see.

Any more details on the planning, incidentally?

Alright. Just letting everyone know that we are still on for these dates. Pics will be available of some hotspots soon. As per lodging, I can house several individuals at my house. I have enough room in my living room to fit 5 people comfortably, and for those of you willing to slum it I have a huge back yard. Anyone who can bring tents and sleeping bags can stay there. I'm planning on getting a projector where we can watch pk related movies and vids off the internet while we chow down on some burgers and steaks. We are also building several obstacles back there for those of you that would like to jam out all night long! Anyone under the age of 18 expect to print out a release form and bring it with you. So far, this jam is looking sweet. I hope everyone can come and participate.

A TXPK crew will be coming...and need lodging should be 5 to 6 of us. Do you have more information on SPECIFIC TIMES?

Alright ladies and gents, time is coming up for the big jam. We already verified with Team Moz, and if they don't have any gigs, several members of Tempest Freerunning will also be showing up. Now is the time to RSVP so we have realistic numbers. A more concrete schedule will be coming out soon. Expect Saturday to be spent in Las Cruces, New Mexico (less than 45min drive from El Paso), at the University of New Mexico and Uniday Park (a PK playground from heaven!). sunday will be spent at Gymnastics Elite (the largest gym in El Paso), University of Texas at El Paso, and parts of downtown El Paso. Monday will be various other hotspots.
Again, for those of you that will be staying in my backyard, bring tents and sleeping bags. We will have a projector showing PK related movies (Yamakasi flicks, D13, Jump London/Britain, and any other vids/dvd's anyone wants to being down). I already have two barricades customized for PK specific training, several precision bars, and hopefully I would have build some boxes in various sizes. And, of course, pizza's or a cookout. This event is also being publicized through several local area magazines and the El Paso Times. We are working on news stations.

Lodging will be at my pad, bring the things I mentioned and your set. Other than that, your best bet would be a hotel on the east side or near UTEP.
Specific training times will most likely start around 10am on Sat, Definately 9am on Sunday(thats gym time), and monday will also be around 10am.
