okay guys this is a question for anyone with a youtube acount, can you download any video rather than just some selected ones? does it cost? and do you have to submit videos to join?

go make an account.
It's free and theres nothing to it.
You can post videos, and save your favorites that you find.
Of course it's pretty worthless to make an account if your not gonna put videos up.
Cause you can already watch em all.

but yeah
It's free
And easy
kinda like some peoples moms

You didn't really answer his question.  No you can't download videos from youtube as far as I know however...

that might help.  Also its free and you don't have to submit videos to join.
