O and by the way, if you really are totally new to Parkour then you are starting with the wrong question, doing David Belle's training and conditioning is just going to hurt you and is too intense.

I'd be willing to bet that it's less of a set routine and more Parkour based training. I'm sure he does things like "sets" of precision jumps and repetitions, but again I would think it's more randomized training than a daily "I do this Monday, this Tuesday" kind of thing.

Hmmm.. I'd have to agree with M2 as well, however, speculating and knowing are two different things.. I myself am curious, and would like to know what his "routine" is.
It'd be a very good goal, that I wouldn't be achieving anytime soon, but it's a good goal I'm sure.

I'm willing to speculate a lot of martial arts type training, bodyweight conditioning, some strong man lifts, and of course Parkour based training.
