yea.....all around is amazing, just got some new awesome traceurs who are going there on a regular basis, also i can now do sweet, tricker hight backflips and flashkicks...more to come soon, including video's

the 'yay im not crippled for the rest of my life" jam happened a long time ago, but if your interested in comming to all around to train w/ us its adress is 6595 pinecone dr. mentor ohio its from 1-3pm and cost is $9 we have a pretty good time trying out crazy things we'd never try outside of the gym walls, prolly at the expence of other "serious" training we should be dooing...i just tend to save drilling of vaults precisions and the like for my week day outside the gym where time isnt money, hope to see you around
