This week kind of went to shit as far as working out...I didn't do much at all.
But, on a good note, I did do a lot of skill practice, with my handstands and shoulder stands. I spent a whole day working on sitting in a chair and pressing up into a shoulder stand.
I also realized how bad my handstand push ups are, so now I am going to focus completely on refining my technique, before I go for reps at all...This should also help with my freestanding handstand push ups. I will show my revised workout routine soon.
